Identification
Adult females can grow up to 9 cm in length, males are up to 5.8 cm long. Crown, cephalothorax and upper wings are bright light green to yellow-green. Flanks, abdomen and lower head are brown. Orange wings with black bands.

Range and habitat
The species occurs in South-East Asia , in Peninsular Malaysia and on the Indonesian islands of Sumatra and Borneo. Lives in tropical rainforests.

Status : The species’ status hasn’t been assessed. It seems to be locally common but there is no known studies on the impact of deforestation on this species.
