Identification
Large Theloderma species reaching nearly 7 cm in length. Grey iris, very warty skin, coloration mostly dark brown with bright orange end of digits on all feet. Underside is light blue to white with black vermiculations.
Range and habitat
The species occurs in south-east Asia and is found in the north and central parts of Peninsular Malaysia. Isolated population on Sumatra (Indonesia). Lives in montane primary and old secondary forests, from 800 to 1200 m.

Status : The species seems to be relatively common in suitable habitat but is vulnerable to clearing of forests as it cannot withstand habitat degradation.
