Identification
Adults grow to 4.7 cm in length, males being slightly smaller than females. Coloration is usually bright yellow to light greenish or greyish-yellow. Limbs are golden yellow with black fingers, small black spot on tympanum. Dark eyes.
Range and habitat
The species is found in South America and is endemic to Colombia, occurring in Cauca and southern Valle del Cauca departments. Found in the leaf litter of primary and secondary forests, from 50 to 400 meters.

Status : The species has a tiny range and is known from five localities, all of them threatened by pollution, habitat loss and other human activities.
