Identification
This species grows to about 6 cm in length, females being bigger than males. Large triangular head. Skin is slightly warty. Coloration is grey-beige to brown with transversal bands on legs and faint dark spots on back.

Range and habitat
The species occurs in South-east Asia, from Northern Thailand to Lao and south-west Cambodia. Lives in tropical humid rainforest, in temporary and permanent rivers, to 2200 m.

IUCN RED LIST : LEAST CONCERN
CITES : Not listed
Status : The species is still common where habitat isn’t altered. It is vulnerable to deforestation and habitat destruction.
