Identification
Female olive-green with yellow breast and belly. Male with olive wings, grey-blue head, lilac-pink neck and nape, orange spot on breast and yellow belly. Tail grey-blue, bright red feet.
Range and habitat
Southeast Asia, from south Myanmar and Vietnam to western Indonesia and Philippines. Occurs around forests, forest edges, mangroves, plantations and urban parks, to 1200 m.

CITES : Not listed
Status : The species can adapt to living close to human settlements and even within cities and cultivated areas. Expanding its range because of accidental introduction through escape of captive birds.
