Identification
Adults can reach 35 cm in length, making it one of the largest gecko species in Asia. Body generally light greenish-grey to sandy-beige with warty skin on back. White spots on back and flanks. Very large bright green eyes.

Range and habitat
The species occurs in South-East Asia, from central Myanmar and Thailand to Peninsular Malaysia, south to Perak state. Mostly found in tropical rainforests and dense woodlands.

Status : The species has a large range but its dependence on forests makes it possibly threatened in the future by habitat loss.
