Identification
Adults can reach up to nearly 2 meters in length. Big head with large eyes. Slender body with slightly triangular section. Coloration is usually uniformly tan to beige or greenish-beige, often with yellowish tinge on head. Lighter-colored chin.
Range and habitat
The species occurs in south-east Asia where it is endemic to Philippines, being found on the islands of Luzon, Camiguin Norte, Babuya Claro and Dalupiri. Lives in tropical humid forests and forest edges, mostly with old growth, to 800 m.

Status : The species has a relatively small range. It isn’t often killed or captured but it is vulnerable to loss of habitat and habitat fragmentation.
